 We provides a straightforward warranty that is processed in the most hassle-free way possible. Please refer to the below situation for the warranty timelines of various situations.

 

If your item has an issue, please first submit a ticket to our Support Center Please carefully follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:

1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product name (or SKU number).

2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.

3. Provide the item code indicated on the outer packaging.

4. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s); these should be taken under good lighting.

NOTE: Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s). We will always do our very best to help you. Thank you in advance for providing all the information stated above.

If your item arrives damaged or has quality related issue, please follow the warranty process and contact our Support Center for RMA authorization within 3 days of the ordered product(s) being received. After returning the product to the address provided by our support team, we can send you a new item free of charge (we will reimburse you the return shipping cost), or you can choose to receive a refund. Special Notes:

1. Customers must first send us the clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging within 3 days .
Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). Attachment size must be under 10MB for the Support Center, please send larger attachments to: support@3ckits.com.

2. After we has received the returned product and confirmed the product is faulty, your prepaid return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt. If our technical team determines the item is not DOA , Lucky Fashion Plaza will not compensate the return shipping fee. Refund requests for a return shipping fee without a valid RMA return receipt slip will not be accepted.

3. Product returns must be via one of Lucky Fashion Plaza’s approved shipping methods; our Support Center can provide you with further details.

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by us are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a new item. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, We will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the produce.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

 

All products purchased from us come with a hassle-free warranty.If for whatever reason you change your mind and do not want your item within 7 days of receiving it, you may also contact us for a return and refund.

Undamaged products that keep perfect original condition may be returned for a  refund for any reason within 7 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. The products must keep perfect original condition,which means in a condition that does not affect secondary sales. Once the returned item arrives back in our warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.Kindly note that in such change mind cases the return shipping fee is the customers responsibility and is non-refundable. Items MUST be returned in their original packaging, unused and unopened in order to qualify for a product refund.And you must return all accessories,free gift,coupons or credits if they have.

●20% of total order amount will be charged for processing fee.Max processing fee is US$20.

●For non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. We do not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims

Refund requests for the 7-day money back guarantee expire 7 days after you received the product(s). It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 7-day window. For purchases not made directly through our online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.

For most items, in the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back for item exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and resend shipping costs together with any applicable duties and taxes.

If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will not be eligible for exchange, however customers can return it at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees and any applicable duties and taxes will be the customer’s(Buyer’s) responsibility in such cases.

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, the default product warranty period is 90 days starting from the date you receive the goods, during which you are eligible for free repair. Any free repair needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer via Customer Service. Customers need pay the shipping fees and applicable duties and taxes for returning the item accordingly. If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will not be eligible for free repair, however customers can return it at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair. Return shipping fees will be the customer’s(Buyer’s) responsibility in such cases.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

● Products without sufficient proof of purchase

● Lost or stolen products

● Items that have expired their warranty period

● Non quality-related issues (after 7 days of purchase)

● Free products

● Repairs through 3rd parties

● Damage from outside sources

● Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)

● Purchases from unauthorized resellers

 

1. Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.

2. If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product’s warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
The customer voids the warranty if they:
– Open the body in an attempt to fix the device
– Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product
– Use the device in a way that it is not originally intended for
– Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage.

3. All returns must first be authorized by Lucky Fashion Plaza’s Support Team prior to return. Please kindly refer to the following steps in ” How to a request warranty”. For incomplete warranty requests, Lucky Fashion Plaza reserves the right to refuse any compensation. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization (RMA form), sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, then again Lucky Fashion Plaza reserves the right to refuse any compensation.

4. All returns will be inspected by our technical team upon arrival. If the returned item cannot be repaired, Lucky Fashion Plaza will offer an alternative solution.

Special Notes:

1. The shipping fee for returning the product back will be paid by the customer and is non-refundable except for in 3-day DOA situations.

2. During the return shipping, the customer is responsible for any and all customs charges, duties or tariffs during the items return to our warehouse. In these cases we will deduct the customs fees from your authorized refund amount.

3. Lucky Fashion Plaza will by default resend the item to the customer via Flat Rate Shipping. If the customer(buyer) wants to utilize a faster shipping method, the relevant shipping fee is applicable by customer’s expense.

4. In case of any misuse, any and all repairs, accessories and shipping fees, both ways, are fully the customer’s responsibility and are at their own expense.

Warranty Claims Process:

  • Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
  • We must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
  • The defective item’s order number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required

Valid proof of purchase:   

   

  • Order number from online purchases made through 3ckits
  • Sales invoice
  • Dated sales receipt shows a description of the product along with its price

Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).

 

We are only liable for the products we have sold.

We are not liable for:

The damage you caused by misusing the products or the damage happened because of your careless.

Returning personal items sent to us.

Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days when order received. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe or 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.

 

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
  • Buyer’s accidental returns
  • Returning personal items
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by us  quality control to be in working condition
  • Returning defective items in international shipping
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
